Eid Picnic – Friday 12th May 2023
Dear Parents and Carers,
We are pleased to confirm that our PTFA we will be holding our celebratory Eid Picnic on Friday 12th May. This will be a time to all bring blankets and food and sit together as a community in the sun! Please see the attached poster about the event and PLEASE let the PTFA know if you can help.
Whilst we intended and hoped to be able to mark Eid this week after our families had celebrated Eid al-Fitr over the weekend, unfortunately there have been challenges in finding a suitable date due to additional bank holidays and the upcoming industrial action.
In addition, we emailed you previously stating that the postponed picnic event would take place on Thursday 4th May. We are now incorporating that event into our Eid Picnic. There will not be a picnic on the 4th May.
We really look forward to welcoming you to our Eid Picnic celebration on Friday 12th May.
