This week, we have been talking to children about child on child harm – what it is, what different types there are and what strategies we can use to avoid being physical when we are upset, angry or frustrated.
What is child on child harm?
Child on child harm is when a child or group of children deliberately, intentionally harm/hurt another child or group of children.
Are there different types of child on child harm?
Yes – child on child harm can be physical, emotional, verbal, sexual and in person or online. Bullying is a type of child on child harm – bullying is when the targeted harm is repeated.
