Online Safety
At the end of each term, we always talk to children about online safety.
Our term 1 online safety safeguarding weekly theme is: conducting ourselves online.
In daily reviews and Friday’s safeguarding session, we explored the following questions with our children:
EYFS – What should you do if you see something worrying/upsetting when online?
Y1 – How do we be kind online? How do we recognise others not being kind?
Y2 – What do we and don’t we share online about ourselves? Can we always trust everything we read online?
Y3 – How can a positive online reputation keep me healthy? Why are passwords important?
Y4 – What reputations can people form from online activity?
Y5 and Y6 – How do we manage difficult situations online?
