Term 1, Week 2 - What to do if you’re worried about something?

Worries can be small, like falling out with a friend, or bigger – like feeling unsafe or scared.

If we keep worries to ourselves, they can grow bigger and make us feel upset.

Imagine every worry is like a stone in your backpack. At first, one stone isn’t very heavy. But if you keep adding more and more stones, the backpack becomes difficult to carry. Talking to someone about your worries is like taking some of those stones out so the bag feels lighter.

What is the best thing to do if you are worried about anything?
